The Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) offers a standard Condition Inspection Report. By using this approved form, you and your landlord will have a chance to comment on and assign “condition codes” to different parts of the rental unit. There is also a section towards the end of the report where you can list your forwarding address for the return of your security and/or pet damage deposit.
