Beau receives a Two Month Notice that says his landlord wants to move into his rental unit. One month after moving out, Beau’s friend informs him that his old home is being advertised on Craigslist. Beau contacts his previous landlord, who lets him know that she moved in for two weeks so that she could rent it out at a higher rent to a different tenant. Since Beau’s landlord did actually move in for a short period of time, this is a legal practice and there is nothing Beau can do.
