4.0 Participating in a Hearing Overview

Module 4 provides some suggestions on how to present evidence, question your witnesses and/or clients, conduct a cross-examination, and provide a closing argument at a hearing.

the importance of oral testimony at a hearing;
how to effectively present evidence to an arbitrator;
