The Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB) offers a standard Condition Inspection Report. By using this approved form, you and your landlord will have a chance to comment on and assign “condition codes” to different parts of the rental unit. There is also a section towards the end of the report where you can list any repairs that need to be made by your landlord at the start of the tenancy.
